2nd Annual Par 4 Pets was a Hole in One
On Saturday, October 15, 2011, Friends of the North Attleboro Animal Shelter hosted its 2nd Annual PAR 4 PETS Golf Tournament at Chemawa Golf Course in North Attleboro, Mass. The Tournament was a great success and has become one of two major fundraisers to support the North Attleboro Animal Shelter. All funds raised will go directly to the Building Rehabilitation and Expansion Fund to improve the shelter accommodations and quality of life for our homeless pet population.
This fundraising event is a grassroots effort which relies on the generous support of the community. Twice the number of golfers participated this year and we received widespread support from businesses and residents throughout the community. For this, we and everybody who cares about the wellbeing of the homeless pets in our community are tremendously grateful!
